I took prenatal yoga at The Sanctuary for Yoga and it was fantastic. Tricia taught the class at the time and it was so helpful for my birth as well as the pains you get with pregnancy. Could not recommend it enough!!!

does anyone know any good yoga places? I want to stay away from gyms. I'm looking for more of a yoga only studio. it doesn't have to be in Medford.. but it has to have good beginner classes too! thank you!

Hi Jordan, this is Tricia from The Sanctuary for Yoga. We have wonderful packages for new students, either three classes for $30 or a trial week for $20. We have a full schedule of classes, there are several in the evenings that would be appropriate for beginners. Monday at 6:30 PM, Tuesday at 7 PM, thursday at 7:15 PM and Friday at 6 PM. We also have weekend classes, 9:30 on Saturday and Sunday at 9 AM. Please call me at 609–953-7800 with any questions.
