Hi Jordan, this is Tricia from The Sanctuary for Yoga. We have wonderful packages for new students, either three classes for $30 or a trial week for $20. We have a full schedule of classes, there are several in the evenings that would be appropriate for beginners. Monday at 6:30 PM, Tuesday at 7 PM, thursday at 7:15 PM and Friday at 6 PM. I took prenatal yoga at The Sanctuary for Yoga and it was fantastic. Tricia taught the class at the time and it was so helpful for my birth as well as the pains you get with pregnancy. Could not recommend it enough!!!
