  ADOPTIONS TODAY AT PETSMART OXNARD were a mixed bag. Our volunteers and dogs were wonderful as always. We met some lovely people who loved on our dogs and promised to network them for us. Sadly we had an experience of BREED PREJUDICE when we were asked by BANFIELD VETERINARY SERVICES to move our dogs away from their office in the store because they claimed their customers complained that they were afraid of our dogs because they are PIT BULLS.!!~!! WHAAAT? Our dogs were perfectly behaved. SAD that the people who work for a vet service would be so uneducated. BANFIELD will not be receiving any of our business in the future.
