  Dawn C. wrote: RUN, don't walk to any other vision care office. I came to Fish Hawk Family Eyecare for a routine eye exam and ended up in the ER at Brandon Regional Hospital due to the negligent care I received here. In addition, I needed and am still in need of more follow up care by an Eye Care Specialist, which Dr. Lilly refuses to pay for even though it is a result of the poor care I received at her office. Pass on Dr. Mary Lilly and her staff at Fish Hawk Family Eyecare, for your own health's sake.

  they are very thorough at FishHawk Family Eyecare 5458 LITHIA PINECREST DR (813) 689-2020. She has some fancy shmancy equipment. They took my insurance. Can call for an appointment. I did not purchase glasses there though. But they gave me a copy of my script - didn’t have to beg for it, LOL, and no pressure to purchase glasses at their location.
