  Question of the Week: A neighbor shares her excitement that her sister is pregnant, but is worried because of the high rate of primary cesarean in her sister's area. She wants to recommend her sister check into a midwife and natural birth, but isn't sure how to bring up the subject without offending her "super controlling" sister.
