  I have made the very difficult decision to end Tenzin's suffering. After more than 3 weeks of intensive work, we're no better, and maybe a little worse. I've taken him to see 2 different vets, talked extensively with a lady who takes care of FeLV cats, and done hours and hours of research online. I hate it, and it's not fair, but the least I can do is have it done in our own home because of how stressed he gets at traveling and how much less he is happy than if he's wrapped up in a blanket on our bed, in my lap. I was wondering if anyone has any experience with at home euthanasia or can recommend a vet or service to do it? Thank you all for your support....This has been a horrible week in our house! :'(

  Dr. Sue McCartney, 775-849-1921. She is a mobile large animal vet, I don't know about cats, but she has taken care of putting our dogs to rest when it has been their time. Good luck.
