  http://www.sakura-hostel.co.jp/ Generally speaking, I hear great things about Sakura Hostel. If you look at the bottom of the page you'll see their other locations, including Ikebukuro, Jimbocho, and Asakusa. If you're not staying out past last train it shouldn't be a horrible ride to where you want to go from one of those places.
