This kitty is not doing so well, we have called everywhere! One vet..Jelsema even told us just to have her put down...SO HEARTLESS!! I am off work for a little bit due to a ruptured appendix and need help for this kitty ASAP, but if no vets do payment plans or billings how can I help her??? If humans go to a dr or ER they get billed...why cant it be the same for animals too???? Any advice please?!?!?!
