You do need to schedule in advance and not just show up. You will also need a hard shell carrier. I had my cat neutered there in September. They are cheaper as they utilize interns in surgical residency.Word of advice......do not let them adminster or send home your cat on Metacam pain medication. While it is widely used in dogs, it is not ideal for cats as it can cause bad reactions. My cat had a severe reaction days later and cost $3500.00 to treat including an exploratory surgery to determine what was wrong. Although they have a good reputation, be diligent. Needless to say I left and told them no thanks. Got home and they call apologizing for wait and that vet said vaccines are 1/2 off on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. No thanks totally irritated with them.
