Our mission at Balanced Planet Yoga is to provide our community with the opportunity to regain balance in every aspect of their lives. We believe the health of any community is dependent on the health of all of its members, and we know that a regular yoga practice is one way to achieve a healthy human experience - mind, body, and spirit. We know from first-hand experience that yoga can create and maintain positive change from the inside out. Our foremost goal is to create a safe and comfortable environment to practice yoga asana. We invite all of our students to gain balance, give back, and get bliss.
