  Can anyone recommend a good vet in the area? We've had our dog for almost a year now and have been taking her to medford animal hospital. All morning she's been scratching at her ear, shaking her head, etc and can tell she's uncomfortable and when I called they said she should come in but they can't see her until tomorrow afternoon. I asked what we should do in the meantime for the next 24+ hours and after staying on hold was told it could be ear mites but that they can't see her before then. Was going to try and see if another vet can see her and transfer her records because any time I've called it's been like this. Remember seeing a post a few weeks ago about other great vets in the area but know I won't be able to find it!

  We have had great success with Dr. Russell Howe-Smith at Pet PT. He is opening a satellite office in Atco on Wednesday of this week. He is full service - does both physical therapy and regular vet visits. Has an office in Cherry Hill too. www.petpt.com (856) 424-7387

  Over the years we've been to a several vets in the area. None compare to Russell Howe-Smith at Pet PT. The thing that impressed me more than Russell being an MIT grad was his intense very real hands-on caring for animals. Pet PT is light years better than the rest of the fray.

  Yes! In cherry hill, but only 5 minutes from Marlton. My vet, Dr. Russell Howe-Smith at Petpt. He not only does physical therapy but a regular practice as well, including surgery. He is very smart and very kind, as is the entire staff. He is by far the most reasonably priced vet I have ever used. His number is 856-424-7387.
