  If your cousin wants a vigorous flow class, a young man is teaching one M/W/F 9 am on the beach behind the Crown and Anchor for $10. My M/W/F outdoor 8 am class at the Boatslip on their fabulous deck is more moderate; I provide mats, blocks, straps, water and sunscreen and the cost is $15 per class ($10 per class if you buy five or ten up front in advance).
