We have an great vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free menu at Sal's Place - and definitely Will Coons at the Boatslip for yoga!
Barbara S. replied:
Café Edwige has good food as well - actually excellent.
Will C. replied:
If your cousin wants a vigorous flow class, a young man is teaching one M/W/F 9 am on the beach behind the Crown and Anchor for $10. My M/W/F outdoor 8 am class at the Boatslip on their fabulous deck is more moderate; I provide mats, blocks, straps, water and sunscreen and the cost is $15 per class ($10 per class if you buy five or ten up front in advance). Have him check my web page at www.massageandyoga.com
Can anyone recommend a very beginning (like have never ever done it before!!) yoga class? Thanks in advance.
Mary D. replied:
Mussell Beach- gentle yoga

Beth Goldstein........right up your alley! (hope you are well, hope to see you this summer!! ).
Jed A. replied:
I'm teaching Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday at 9 am starting Saturday the 23 rd at Strength & Clarity at 170 Commercial St. My classes are all levels so beginners are certainly welcome.
John M. replied:
Will Coons Boatslip MWF 8 am classes are terrific. .though you may want to see if he can do a beginners class for you.

I'll second the recommendation for Will Coons morning yoga at the Boatslip!
Are there any fighting, boxing, kicking and punching classes in town. I've tried Yoga, but I'm more that kicking and screaming rather than meditating type of gal. Any...
Will C. replied:
Ptown Gym has boxing Monday's and Thursday's 8-9 am with Rodrigo and Saturday from 10-noon there is karate
Dave B. replied:
The AM Boxing Conditioning class with Rodrigo is great. First 30 min is plyometrics followed by 30 mins of sparring. If you just need to release some aggressions, we do have a heavy bag and speed bag in the aerobics room which is open to the members when there is no class scheduled. www.ptowngym.com
I'm interested in taking beginner yoga lessons/class. Any Ptown locale suggestions?

I was watching Chronicle on WCVB Channel 5 and saw their piece on "anti-gravity yoga." Anyone know of anywhere on the Cape that offers it? Looks amazing.
