He is 50 pounds and is very bad at walking on a leash, plays with our cat too rough, and also barks whenever he sees strangers/other dogs. The barking is not aggressive at all. I have a dachshund that is very stubborn and territorial (yes, fixed but because he's a hound he likes to piss and keep his scent around).
