  Sharry if your dog was attacked by any animal not your own then the vet bill is on the owner of the other animal if it was a domesticated animal and your dog was on your own property. Otherwise the only vet I know of that is open on Sunday is Animal Emergency Center in Reno 775-851-3600. They may have options for you for financial help. Lahontan Vet only provides emergency care for current clients.
