  Paws was great for spray/neuter. However for check up, shoots and vetting i used to drive from Keego Harbor all the way out v Here to see Dr. Cheryl Good. She and her staff are awesome. She it's also right down the street from you at Gully and Michigan Ave. I believe it is Dearborn Family Pet Care 313-561-5920.
