  We are new to Southie and are in need of recommendations of local professionals for the following: 1) Replacement of a roof skylight...it's not flat, it's raised and pretty but when we put on the new roof, the roofer said it needs to be replaced. 2) An interior painter who is skilled in repairing plaster in a turn-of-the-century building that has be marred by renters. High ceilings and a stairwell for three stories so someone with lots of experience and staging equipment to handle the needs of this beautiful building.

  I have had several handymen do work on my house. Billy Bogacz, is by far the best. I don't have to call him back, he shows up on time. One Sunday night my water pipe sprung a leak and he was here in a few minutes. Fixed the pipe and didn't screw me on the price. I have 2 cousins that are engineers and they were shocked when they saw what a good job Billy did on my roof this past winter. His number is 617.803.8287
