[fabric.com](https://fabric.com) has good prices and HUGE selection. ​ i also like [fabricempire.com](https://fabricempire.com) for non quilting fabrics but honestly they might have great quilting fabrics, i've just never looked. i like that they'll send any sample for a buck.

  Lately I've ordered specials from Fort Worth Fabric Studio. Great deals and fabric! Priority mail!! I've ordered from Fat Quarter Shop as well-- but only when on sale. There are little if any incentives at FQS.

  I use my LQS first then I move to the internet. I love the fat quarter shop they have a great selection are reasonably priced freight costs to Australia doesn't go over $40 and it always arrives quickly even at this time of year. Next in line is Craftsy the have different fabric to what I see around where I live and also have good prices and great sales, then I'd recommend Southern fabrics who are also very good.
