Well now that he's feeling better I'd like to get him neutered. He is 2 years old and a bit aggressive towards strangers. Was wondering where the best place to take him was and the cost.   Hope foundation is really good.. My dog got neutered there n they were wonderful.. Many good benefits from getting him fixed.. Plus if the county ever catches him running loose n he's not neutered you can get a large fine.. They charge $50 extra for a dog license in Fresno for him not being neutered as well..
