I haven't done much research yet but I figured some of you might know of something: What I'm looking for is cool places that you can go to for trekking tours or stays at stables.   [Panorama Trails](https://www.panorama-trails.com/en/) has rides in Catalonia. I went on the "Mediterranean Trail" in late March a while back it was fun and beautiful. I'm not a foodie and wasn't considering meals at all when I booked, but the food was really excellent. I had booked through an agency that specializes in horseback riding trips called [In The Saddle](https://www.inthesaddle.com/) and have used them several times since, that could be another good place to search for ideas.

  Yes! Check out the rides offered by inthesaddle.com -- we've done several and really enjoyed them. Their Alentejo rides in Portugal are great fun!
