  Looking for Medical Malpractice Lawyer Hi Seattle, throwaway for obvious reasons. I recently went through quite the storm of a huge medical error and severe consequences, and now I'm looking to sue the party at fault. However, like most people, I don't exactly spend a lot of time around medical malpractice and don't know where to head or even how to recognize a good lawyer. I tried Google-ing around and found all the websites to be quite dicey. And I had a look around the FAQ here and couldn't find anything. Sorry if this is the wrong place to post. Does anyone have any personal recommendations for a Seattle-area (or nearby, Bellevue, wherever really) for medical malpractice lawyers?

  http://wsba.org you want an attorney that deals with labor laws. The WSBA website lists all licensed attorneys in WA state. You want one that practices in Kitsap county.

  I also know one attorney that I work with he is out of Shelton and his name is Joe Snyder however he does probate law and he is vegan only because he had a heart attack and the cardiologist at Swedish told him that was the only way he was going to live but if you contact him he might know other vegan attorneys. Go to www.wsba.org that is the Bar Association web page and you can pull up his name and phone number there

  If you're low on cash, first try CLEAR (which you can find on either the wsba.org website or the snohomish bar association website. There is also a Moderate Means section of the bar association that is available for you if you make too much money to qualify for no cost assistance.

  Heidi, you can log onto the WA state Bar Association website (www.wsba.org) and select the Attorney Directory listing in the upper left corner. Select the city you'd like to have the attorney located and select their specialty from the drop down menu. You can also call the Snohomish Bar assn. (sorry I don't have that number off the top of my head) and ask if they have any attorneys on their referral list that do that line of work.
