theres a couple of companies - Petsathome Abu Dhabi (Claire) i've used them for my cats but I know they do Dog walking and there is Homely Petz but I wouldnt recommend them. They cannot guarantee it will be the same person every day! I also have a friend who does it if you are in Al Reef
