You will want to visit the Kraftmaid Outlet store in Warren a few times. Karftmaid liquidates scratch & dents, returns, displays, etc. at this warehouse. It's generally open every other Saturday morning with entry on a lottery system. [It's kind of an experience](http://celebrateeverydaywithme.com/kraftmaid-outlet/). But, if you're flexible and patient, you can save thousands of dollars.

National Carpet Mill Outlet in Medina had really good deals on floor tile (we used Armstrong's LVT in our kitchen). About half the price of anyone else in the area. Only Keim lumber had cheaper prices, but the difference came out to about $20 on an $800 order, so we went with the closer option.
