You should go visit local shops and ask to see portfolios. Take a second to talk to the artists. Everyone's opinion is different. Everyone specializes in different styles. Personally, I wouldn't go to anyone other than True Til Death on Main Ave but, you should look around. One suggestion, remember you get what you pay for.:)
