Empire Ink in Akron, all of the artist are amazing but Ed Zimmerman did my daughters tattoo for her birthday. All art is hand drawn and you won't find clip images on the walls because every piece is an original. My girlfriend Karrie went there too for a cover up and it was amazing difference.
