Andrew Klein at Lakecrest Chiro in Hoover on 150. He only adjusts what needs to be adjusted, has a goal to get you back to well, and doesn't keep you coming back 3 x a week forever. He and his wife super nice, and they are open later in the evenings and 2 Saturdays a month.

Have you tried Salon Pas patches? My husband thinks they work really well for his aches and pains.

What worked well for me with moderate to severe pain was an ice pack and TENS unit, which you can now get OTC at Walgreens. Icy Hot makes one, but I am sure others are on the market too. The stretches that others above described also helped me some. I hope you find relief soon!
