Nursing homes pay better but you usually have too many patients to take care of and it's hard to give good quality care. Nursing homes also require that you have a Florida issued certified nursing assistant license.

I just talked to Jatayu and he says Om Organics is kaput. Jatayu is going to farm in Sandy Ridge with devotees there. You can still call Om at the first number i put in the prior comment and see if he will continue doing anything since Jatayu is leaving.
