OK, folks. Thanks for all the suggestions. Since I don't care to dress up much, anymore, I was leaning towards Crack Barrel or Betts, til. I see that, right around the corner, sort of-only 2 miles away, A&A is open, n servin gobbler n fixins, I will probably be there. For the Burglar king suggestion, thanks, and the person who suggested I go to Publics, I can do it, and HAVE done it, but for me, alone?? Nah. I LOVE LEVY COUNTY!! HAPPY THANKSGIVING!!

Fort Island Beach in Crystal River might be the closest but it's not the closest best beach. It's a man-made beach and it's far from nice compared to real beaches.

Flagler Beach is nice and has the best seafood....High Tides at Snack Jacks is the restaurant name. It sits literally on the beach! That is our go to place and worth the 2 hour drive. You can dine on the porch that overlooks the beach. Steps walk down on to the beach. Prices are not expensive either.
