Dining in Williston is tough...as the options are fairly casual and far from gourmet. We really enjoy https://www.facebook.com/33503433548The Ivey House - concise menu but food is always good and service is never lacking

Amanda B. replied:
Fort Island Beach in Crystal River might be the closest but it's not the closest best beach. It's a man-made beach and it's far from nice compared to real beaches.
Brenda R. replied:
Flagler Beach is nice and has the best seafood....High Tides at Snack Jacks is the restaurant name. It sits literally on the beach! That is our go to place and worth the 2 hour drive. You can dine on the porch that overlooks the beach. Steps walk down on to the beach. Prices are not expensive either.
