Jay Rugoff, in Albany, is a most excellent chiropractor. He kept me working for years; being able to return to work the day following an adjustment, rather than, if I'd gone to doctors medications, days/weeks missed, or surgery. I also feel that with him, chiropractic isn't just a discipline but also an art. He's expert in different techniques..i like him to do an older diagnostic 'protocol' with me, and he does. I see him a few times a year. 1375 Western Ave, Across from the campus, and down in back.
