Go to my website and look under UTILITY RESOURCES and FINANCIAL RESOURCES. Also look under HELP WITH RENT/MORTGAGE RESOURCES. For a couple of the veteran funds he MUST have his DD214 and it can NOT be a dishonorable discharge. Use the "regular" resources FIRST before tapping into Veteran funds....he may need those later. Depending on his age and income, he may be eligible for a Veteran pension as well. http://julieslist.homestead.com

Southpoint Animal Hospital on Allen Road is really good they are probably the cheapest that I've come across down river for rescue
