The River Raisin Veterinary clinic is cheap and good too..$45 for an exam and usually very cheap on antibiotics...if it's a cat, I still have antibiotics for the ears.

I don't know how far you are, but we have always taken our pets to Nichols vet in Wayne. They are amazing people who take really good care of your pets and they don't overprice at all.
