Sheehan Plumbing in Jim Thorpe was wonderful when I had a pipe break in the basement. This sounds easy to do-it-yourself though. Several have given instructions above. Google the details such as "fix leaky faucet" and you will find detailed instructions on repairs. Hope you have a shut-off valve under the sink, otherwise you will need to follow the lines in the basement to find the next shut-off valve.
