Well Michelle Blevins in my case I won't get the house since I'm not paying $45K over appraised value for a home that isn't going to appreciate that much not even in the 8 yrs. we plan on staying there. Shame because we love the house & it is the only house that we have found. There isn't much to choose from in this area. I should buy and hold something in Vegas & rent it.
