Here is the Leaf Deal and it is a deal that is so good to be true they are going to kill it off in the next session legislative session in GA. If you buy or lease (I recommend buying) You can get a LEAF and a $5000 GA tax credit (which can be taken ov er 5 years depending on how much you pay GA) you also get a $6500 federal tax credit. So it is a very good deal for a $33K car you will get back $11500 off your taxes. We have installed a charger in the car port it is run from a 40Amp 220 circut (think dryer outlet) Our cost to drive about 200 miles/month is about $15. Dont get the special GA power rate for EVs it is a rip off unless you are not home during the day, hoever they are doing a $250 rebate for installing a charging station at your house. I think there may still be a federal tax credit for this too, but not sure about that....it was 25% of the cost.

If it is the transmission, take it to High Tech Transmission on Buford Hwy. This guy is the best at transmission repair in Atlanta.
