I had a very good car buying experience at Johnny Roberts but it's been about 8 years. I use Western Prairie vet and have used them for 11 years. Have been going to Missy at Century 7 salon for 11 years also.

We use All Pets and they have been awesome. As for a car honestly I would buy used from a person not a dealership (better pricing and there are a ton of FaveBook pages that you can search for one on). When you buy a car there is a form AD military can fill out and get a reduced rate on the registration cost. Can't think of the form number but do a little digging online and you should be able to find it pretty quickly.

My bulldog just finished up a week at Western Prarie vet on Tamarack. They were absolutely amazing. Great doctors, great staff, family run. I called there one minute past closing when I had an emergency and one of the doctors was still there and told me he would wait for me to come in and stay as long as it needed to fix my baby. They truly care for the animals that walk through their doors.
