If you go to colonial park when they are open you won't be charged the emergency after hours price that most vets charge. Two of our dogs and the cat go to Dr Harlan on loop 11 they close at 5 or 5:30 and my other dog, Gracie, goes to colonial park.

They tend to be more of a farm vet than a companion animal vet. If you want a vet that usually only treats fur babies. I would recommend Callfield Companion Animal Clinic. 940-692-7000.

I use Dean Dale Pet Clinic in Dean. Tonya is the best and so reasonable on fees. She is also one of the vets at P.E.T.S. Her number is 766-4360.

Colonial park is where we go. Great people. Callfield Companion is owned by friends of ours and many are pleased with them too. Hope all is ok. You do not need an appt at Colonial Park unless it is an exotic animal. Kathy Sultemeir handles them. She took care of our bunny.

I always used Colonial Park for my cat. Dr. Bomar is a cat man and always took good care of Molly and Rowdy.

Dr. Tonya tammen out at dean dale pet clinic is the only person we trust our pets with. She is amazing, and well worth the drive.

Hubbs-Brooking was sold to Dr. Wade who used to practice at All Pets on Jacksboro Highway. He's a very nice guy. I think some of the other vets are still there as well. It's called Caring Hearts.

Colonial Park- Dr. Bomar is best vet! He's the most caring and straight forward vet I've meet. We also love Dr. Wurster there, he's awesome! Callfield Companions is the worst! Had very bad experiences with them

I also love Callfield. Dr. Heidi Veitenheimer is awesome! She only works part time, but I request her specifically.

I know them all. Hubbs and brooking were the best. Dr. Bomar is the best but some times long waiting. I use to babysit all of his kids. I go to callfield animal clinic now. I use to go to Fellhauer and Morris but never again. They only care about the money. I had a doctor there that slammed my dogs head on the table and told me that she was not still. She was not moving. Then my dog fell down and had a seizure. I rush her to Fellhauer and Morris, nobody was there but office people. They said sorry. Don't know what to do. I rush her to Hubbs and brooking by the time I got there she was almost dead. They saved her. I can tell you more and more stories about Fellhauer and Morris. I kept going there because my mom assisted I should since we lived around the corner in Tanglewood. NEVER AGAIN. I can tell you detailed stories about each doctor in this city. I can tell you more stories about my cat! Oh, and don't go to the one on Southwest Parkway. They are never open. A lot of bad doctors here.

Colonial is my favorite. They have no trouble with my Australian Shephard or my German Shehphard. Dr. Meyers is the best.

So hope all is well. We've had to use Colonial years ago. They were great & it was on a Sunday night. Cassie Duffer is awesome and was our vet when we lived there. Really caring when we (my husband) had to take in our dog to have her put to sleep.

Dr Simmons is amazing we use him for pets and livestock they will even do emergency house calls

The Animal Hospital on Jacksboro Hwy is the cheapest I have found.

Dr. Parker across from Stanley's bbq. 24$ Office visits. super nice.

Dean Dale Pet Clinic on 79, cheapest place I've found by far.

Dr Rouilliard at Animal Hospital 3206 Holiday Rd. He is good with exotics.
