Used Empire once. Never again! Financed and had no payments for 6 months. One month in I got a call about my late payment. Called and explained 6 mo no pymts. Second month got another call. Again I explained. Third month I got another call. This time I got persons name and all info I could. Then stated that my lawyer would be calling about the harassment...since I had a contract!!! The never called back and at 5.5 months it was paid. A few weeks after payment they wanted me to rate the company... I did floors again by Atlantic Flooring. They did awesome job!!!
