Dr Foley on 110 is absolutely great. He knew enough not to push glasses on me and instead he recommended I see an ophthalmologist for my vision issues. Turns out he was more right than we could have known, and I'd be in bad shape if he hadn't started me on the road to see a specialist.

Dr. Foley is pretty great. State of the art practice and very thorough in his exams. He takes both VSP and Davis insurance and he and his staff are as pleasant as can be both for adults and kids.
In need of another specialist recommendation. Sorry if this is annoying. I need a new Opthamologist. Currently I go to Tallman but I don't like the dr's in Amesbury and...

You won't like the drive, but go to Mass Eye and Ear or Joslin clinic in the longwood area.
Kev R. replied:
Stay away from Tallman...trust me. The best in the North East I believe is Dr Bernhard Heersink in Newburyport. I've been to him many times for my eye problems. He did my Dad's cataract surgerys also, with no complications. I trust him. He is at 21 Highland Ave at the Doctors Office Building at Anna Jaques Hospital.
Keep your business local and go to a local optometrist one of which is already been recommended here... another one is at Appleton Eye downtown in #my Amesbury
