Another vote for Pause. (I'm heading there now!) and I would have to respectfully disagree with Rachael. The schedule is very consistent. Changes get made but they are usually seasonal, with plenty of notice. I believe they are still running a new student special. http://www.pauseyogastudio.com

Paula Wilson is awesome and does classes at the Merrimac Library. I can't find her website but I have her # if you need it. She also does a few at Pause downtown

Pause Yoga has drop in of $15 for any class on the schedule. I know you said you don't want to buy a membership but Pause also has a new student special of your first 30 days for $40. And 21 classes per week to choose from!

Roots to Wings in Newbury (just over the bridge on route 1) has a $30 for 30 days introductory special that lets you sample all their classes for 30 days. The Gentle Yoga class on Wednesdays at 6:00 is wonderful.

Pause Yoga right in Amesbury! $5 drop in class tomorrow morning at 9 am during Open Studios. I take several classes there a week...lots of choices and excellent teachers!
