Can anyone recommend a good place for Yoga. Preferably for a mid-50 woman with lower back pain. Gentle stretching. Good, compassion teacher.

Aqua yoga at YWCA. Tuesday and Thursdays 6-7 pm. Instructor Mary Van Abs.

Mary Van Abs has a one p.m. Class on Wednesdays at he Merrimack COA on route 110. Excellent instructor. Most of the senior centers have drop-in yoga classes. salisbury's class is on Tuesday mornings.

I've tried a lot of studios and Repose Yoga in the Tannery is by far the best teachers and space in town. Look for a groupon and you'll be hooked.
