Have you tried The Walking Company? They make shoes specifically for being on your feet all day and they are super comfortable. A little pricier than most shoes, but they last a long time and they are worth the investment. My podiatrist told me that you need to make sure that you have your arch supported if you are on your feet that much.:)

Aaron Reis is super awesome. He works with a 35 year practice performance horse vet thats also a corrective shoer. I have shod my own horses for a long time, and am over it.
