Mainly tagging this because I'm interested as well. However while I was a member of the WCC Gym, they offered massages & had a really good therapist there who I used regularly. Sadly my crappy memory doesn't allow me to remember his name, I know he had his own practice however & just did the WCC ones to give him use of the gym.

Jill Fuleky at Jam hands is amazing. Her number is (734) 258-2779, she prefers texts. As a bartender and a hairstylist I have some gruesome knots in my shoulders and she doesn't pussy foot around those. She knocks the shit out of them. I've been seeing her every 4 weeks for about a year. Added bonus, sometimes her super cute golden doodle frodo is there too.

Seeking out a physical therapist may be a helpful choice for you seeing as it’s been years of pain. They can address posture, body mechanics, prescribe exercises for strengthening, and joint mobility that might be contributing to soft tissue issues. They also can do soft tissue mobilizations to address what you’re looking for. Edit: word

I'm a big fan of the Human Performance Collective, they're more geared towards sports massage but I'm sure they could help you out. I typically see Yvonne Crow but I'm sure any of the massage therapists would be great.
