Hello Jane, I'm located in the Chicagoland area with a busy midwifery, doula & lactation business. Unfortunately I don't know of anyone in Michigan. I just looked at map quest & shows Ann Arbor is over 4 hours away. My suggestion would be for you to take the training & then have the opportunity to treat your daughter yourself. This way you could treat her as frequently as you'd like. Dr Gillespie will have his seminar in Pennsylvania coming up next month. The training was invaluable. Words can not express how life changing it has been in my life with all the babies.

I had a similar problem two years ago. I went to my doctor and he recommended a visit to the UM Runner's Clinic. I had one session where the therapist analyzed my gait and flexibility. He gave me some exercises and stretches to do as well as how to work on getting a midfoot strike to reduce the chance of injury. It was well worth it, I haven't had an injury since. http://www.med.umich.edu/medsport/services/runnerclinic.html
