Chesapeake Auto Body. I have used them for the past decade, and went elsewhere last year on the recommendation of a neighborhood cabbie. The "other" choice was a mistake (and I am not comfortable naming the shop). In this recent instance with the "other" shop, their very nearly identical content/repair estimate was bumped up to slightly over the first estimate by Chesapeake, and I got none of the active feedback, warmth, or comfort of working with the Kellys (I hope I have their family name correct - I have only known the folks there by their first names, and "Kelly" is the surname I have in my phone).

Mandy, if it's mechanical work, try Silver Star in Edgewater. They specialize in Jag, Benz, BMW, and Saab. I have used them several times for my Saab and they are great. Joseph, the Service Mgr (and owner's son) is a Cape resident.
