It would be a bit of a hike for you, but Tyre's in Timonium is amazing. They're forthright, honest, and do great work. Numerous times they've told me that I could "skip" something, because it wasn't worth it, or walked me how to do something myself. As an added bonus, their wait room always contains their two awesome dogs. Bring treats with you.
