We love Dr. Barron's office in Timonium off Deereco Road. He has a different system for braces and we liked that he doesn't ever ask for teeth to be pulled to make room!

You can search [the General Dental Council](https://olr.gdc-uk.org/searchregister) for registered practices in your area. In the UK it's possible to have some treatment paid by the NHS but this depends on the practice and what needs doing. If you're not a British national the chances are you will have to pay privately, but the fees are usually reasonable. I think it depends on the practice how they charge you. My advice would be to find a local practice and go ask directly for advice on their services. Ask for a price list up front and then compare to any others you find, then register with the one you like.
