So to my mommy friends....... Ryker is in daycare and we have to label his bottles with the date, name, oz, and time made. Can anyone suggest labels!?!? Ones that are...

Any recommendations for an affordable and dependable dog walker or daycare in the area?

We use Fur-Get Me Not in Shirlington for Daycare and I know they do walks too! (http://furgetmenot.com/) It's pricey but we did some research before we selected one (there are 3 or 4 right in Shirlington) and all of the prices were pretty comparable. On the days she's not in daycare we use Tails of the City (http://www.tailsofthecitypetcare.com/) for walks. They sometimes take her to the dog park and they are really reliable and super nice. I highly recommend both services!

I'm looking to get my 7 month old lab/mix in a doggie day care a couple of days a week. To socialize him and let him play. Does anyone have anyone or place they use that...

We’ve used Crate Escape for both daycare and overnights for 8 years and have never had an issue. My dog gets super excited whenever they come to get her.

We’ve been using Tail Waggerz in Newton/Watertown for 5 years and really like it. Good space indoors and outdoors, crate free for boarding, and a staff member is on-site even overnight.
Linda M. replied:
Crate Escape is my recommendation. Started my dog there 8 years ago. He literally runs into the facility from the car. I, personally will ask the manager about the staffing.

Our dog has been going to Pawwtopia/PDDC on Forest St for over five years and loves it. They have separate rooms for big dogs vs small dogs. They are closed this week, but reopening after the new year. http://pawwtopia.com

Petsmart in fresh pond isn’t so bad for a couple of days. We send our rescue (NE animal shelter too) to Gemini Dogs in Littleton where my hubby works. Friends also love Skipton Kennels in Waltham. PS our Cocoa can be your dog’s relative!!!

If your dog is good off leash I would recommend looking at@activewaggers. We take a group of dogs hiking in the woods for an hour every day. The run and play together, sniff to their hearts content and come home exhausted. www.activewaggers.com.
Hi list! We're adopting a new pup who is coming soon. Are there services that come to pick up dogs and take them out with other dogs to play? Or is more just dog...

I use Ben's Barking Lot - Ben does midday daytime walks and I think sometimes takes dogs for overnights. I love Strut N Pup too. Daria Pannesi. They do midday walks and pet sitting in your home (multiple daily visit). Both are great. My dog does not enjoy day care. But facilities in town I've toured include: Go Play and Pawtopia. I also looked at Crate Escape. They all seemed fine but my girl likes her space and only wants to play in grass, outside.

If you can train your dog to go off leash I highly recommend https://www.facebook.com/148390011877729Deluxe Pet Care for off leash adventures. My dog has his little pack and they run around like crazy and then he sleeps the rest of the day with a smile. They do pickup and drop off for the walks too.
My husband and I are considering trying for a baby. On that note, is there anywhere in the area that provides good childcare for less than $2000/month? Like...

Tiny Tots Playroom in Old Town on S. Peyton Street. We pay around $1350 per month and they provide diapers and wipes. For the older kids two snacks and lunch are also provided. They also have two sister schools also Old Town - Bluebird. My four year old went to Tiny Tots from four months until the fall after she turned three and my youngest is still there. We love it and more importantly our kids love (loved) it there...

We have been very happy with Blue Bird II on Duke St in Old Town. Depending on age of child, it averages around $300/week and includes diapers and food.
