Luke at https://www.facebook.com/115573501831359 Fitness Together He's great! I went from being someone who *never* exercised to now being someone who can do hill sprints on the ramps along the bike path while carrying 20 lbs! He's kind, funny, and knows how to tailor his approach to each person's personality and fitness goals.

I am not sure about a personal trainer but I do and LOVE Beachbody. It has online exercise videos, a nutrition program, and you get your own personal coach who can support you through all of it. My coach happens to be a local mom and she is amazing, her name is Louise Parker. Please check out her and her page out. She is actually doing a FREE 2 week sneak peak into the program starting Monday. https://m.facebook.com/louiseparker.simplyfit/

True Health and Wholeness at Glebe and 395. Read their reviews. They are the best around. I've trained with one of the owners for almost seven years. Couldn't do a real push up when I started and now I can do 15 in a row. Could only bench press the 45 lb bar and now can do 95 lbs. They are good people too. Nice family and only hire nice people. I train with Christian but Ronald and Glory also are excellent.
