Can anyone recommend a good Dermatologist in the area? I don't think Middleburg itself, has any, but surrounding would be good :)

My husband and I both go to Loudoun Dermatology over in Lansdowne near the hospital. I am very impressed with my doctor, Dr. Roberta Moreland, and Rick goes to her partner, a man, Dr. Ha. They must be very popular because we see people in the waiting room from Arlington, Winchester, etc.

Talk to Edee Tudor at Tudor Day Spa, behind the Southern States. She gave me a discount when I mentioned a GRU agent named Ledvonof in the Ural mountain foothills of Russia --small world, great facial.

For you? I like Michelle Rivera--she's at 1635 George Mason (at the hospital). Ho Jin Kim in McLean is also excellent and can usually fit you in right away

Dr. Ho Jin Kim in Tysons Corner is fantastic. He's a pediatric dermatologist, and was the only one who correctly diagnosed our daughter after four other docs had seen her.
