You might want to check out Bia. It's a new company with a great product. It's a great GPS and it has the ability to send out an SOS text (you set it up to go to the phone numbers you want) incase of an emergency while you are running/hiking. It's waterproof and it was designed by women to fit women's wrists. www.bia-sport.com The accuracy is on par with the Garmin products I've used.

Details of cost: At first, you would only pay $25/month plus a share of electric that is split between a lot of people. After the landlord finishes some work (in maybe a couple of months at the earliest), rent would go up to $50. I am mostly concerned about getting someone who will help keep the creative energy up around my studio space. To see the kind of work I do, check out Quill & Anvil Designs on Facebook or quill-and-anvil.com. Thanks!
